As a djembe player and repairer, with all drums purchased I include an extended no questions asked warranty on the skins that head these drums, therefore protecting your investment in these beautiful instruments:
  • Up to 30 days - Free* drum skin replacement and labour if drum skin splits for any reason.
  • 1-3 Months - Free* labour on my drum repair service and 1/3 off the goat skin if drum splits for any reason.
  • After 3 months I will offer you our full re-skinning service minus 20 percent*
  • 12+ Months and the guarantee expires. The full rate of $130 for drum re skinning (Includes the price of the replacement skin) applies*

* Shipping fees may apply outside the Wellington area.

Terms of sale

  • Item will be shipped once full payment has cleared
  • Postage and packing to be agreed upon prior to payment
  • No part payments or lay by
  • Prices are firm and not negotiable
  • Pick ups and collection from Wellington, Te Aro
  • If you are collecting items from our central Wellington location or would like to inspect the item before purchase then please indicate you would like this to happen via the comments box, so we can arrange a time for you to come and pick up and or see the item your item.
  • Pick ups pay by cash to take the item away with you on the day or pay by internet banking and pick up the item after payment has arrived in my account. Either way you will receive an invoice instantly via email.
Shipping your items
  • If you are requiring your items to be shipped and you would like us to package the items together (reducing the shipping costs) then please contact us directly on africanbeatsnz@gmail.com. Tell us what you want to order and we will send you an invoice once we have the correct shipping worked out.
  • These above options require cash or internet banking payment. If you plan to pay by Paypal then a 3% surcharge applies.
